We help them succeed in building digital capabilities that bring technology to the core of their business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT operational support.Provide resolution to issues raised by the users.Provide maintenance to company-owned IT equipment.Document procedures, guidelines, and projects in which you are participating.Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.Nice to HaveBasic knowledge of Linux and Windows.Basic knowledge in networking.Basic python scripting.Industry-related certifications (ITIL, Network+, A+, CCNA, etc.).
