Solutions Sales Associate
Job Description
Provides first call response for solutions pricing and quoting of simple solutions requests for customers within assigned territory or is accountable for territory focused relationship based customer transactions in support of a large group with more complex solutions. Accountable for opportunity forecasting and pipeline management for the same group of assigned-territory customers. Provides peer group support for questions or issues surrounding solutions pricing and quoting; becomes subject matter expert level knowledge of supplier lines and on tools and processes. Provides queue management oversight and is involved in escalations of issues and customer situations as required. Keeps up with current and possible practices or process and effectively communicates and trains information to others. Provides guidance or leadership for others as required.
