**Role + Responsabilities
Help drive and coordinate solution business planning with associated SCs, define focus areas, financial targets, and activities:
- Lead the team to develop customer base for solutions, generate leads, develop, and follow up on solutions opportunity pipeline by working with regional Sales Managers/Directors on current and future opportunities.
- Develop and monitor local and regional sales forecast by working with regional Sales Managers/Directors on current and future opportunities.
- Locate, monitor, and share potential opportunities through IIR.
- Lead and encourage the performance and development of the team and suggest corrective actions if necessary.
- Observe competitive situation in the market and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with regional SC sales, BU Business Development, and execution Teams to exchange experience and promote continuous improvement and the development of a learning organization.
