Overview
Solution Engineer - Integrations & Implementation (Latam) at Wati. The role is the technical pillar for the Sales and Customer Success teams in Latin America, architecting, implementing, and supporting integrations between the Wati platform and client systems (APIs, ERPs, CRMs) to ensure seamless delivery and long-term customer success.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and document API-based integrations and custom solutions (e.g., SaaS systems, middleware).
- Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales activities: lead technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Drive full-cycle implementation projects: define scope, timeline, deliverables, and monitor progress.
- Provide post-launch technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
- Act as liaison between clients, Product, and Engineering teams—translate technical feedback into actionable insights.
