Shape the Technology Solutions Behind Home’s Success

As a Solution Architect, you will design integrated, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions that support Home Hardware’s operations across Retail, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and more. You will help ensure systems and platforms work together effectively, aligning solutions with Home’s technology strategy, architecture standards, and IT operating model.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects across the organization to design solutions that balance feasibility, cost, integration complexity, service impacts, and long-term value, and support delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
