Solution Architect (LATAM Region)

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to design and present StackGen’s Agentic Infrastructure & Autonomous Platform solutions for enterprise customers across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role combines deep hands‑on infrastructure and DevOps expertise with exceptional communication skills to demonstrate how StackGen’s AI agents and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management capabilities can automate provisioning, governance, observability, and incident remediation across the full infrastructure lifecycle aligned with customer SRE and platform engineering standards .

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand current DevOps, platform engineering, and SRE workflows, IaC usage, and governance/compliance requirements, and map them to StackGen’s autonomous infrastructure capabilities.
