The Soldering Technician The position supports day to day through hole processes, including Selective Soldering, Press Fit machines, and dispensing robots.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of thru‑hole equipmentEnsure thru‑hole equipment operates at the required quality levelMonitor KPIs and provide daily reports on Back‑End process performancePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on thru‑hole equipmentEnsure all safety systems on through equipment are operating correctlyDevelop and validate selective soldering programsDevelop and validate Press‑Fit programsDevelop and validate soldering thermal profiles Requirements
5 years or more experience on the SMT process
Technical degree in Electronics or a related field (required). An Engineering degree is desirable
