Software Development Specialist – L3 Production Support (Amdocs)
Responsible for providing outstanding technical support to a global customer base. Owns the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, bug locating, and tool development for problem diagnosis.
- Provide engineering expertise to fix, modify, and configure software solutions to ensure product performance within specifications.
- Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues; provide fixes, workarounds, and verify changes to maintain operability.
- Act as a technical focal point with other teams to resolve cross‑product issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of software or business processes using engineering tools and innovation techniques.
- Meet SLA targets and critical metrics to guarantee timely task completion and quality delivery.
