Job Description
Southern Health-Santé Sud is hiring a Social Worker for Douglas Campbell Lodge. This temporary, part-time role supports residents in a personal care home setting.
As a Social Worker, you'll need a passion for providing support in long-term care. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in similar environments and will be a graduate from an accredited Social Work program. Registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers is required. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for cultural diversity will greatly contribute to the residents’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for resident care
• Facilitate adherence to Personal Care Home Standards
• Maintain resident confidentiality in all records
• Assist in community and resident activities
• Travel to regional facilities as required
