The Social Worker will report to the Clinical Services Manager, Functional Enhancement Unit, and will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing care to patients on the Functional Enhancement Unit.
Responsibilities
- Support the needs of the social work team.
- Demonstrate professional accountability, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to participate in quality improvement projects related to the unit and the organization.
- Travel between and work at all Osler sites as required.
