Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is a Canadian mining company with a portfolio of exploration and development projects located in northwest British Columbia, Canada. Our current focus is on the revitalization of the high‑grade, past‐producing Eskay Creek gold‑silver mine. This position is for a Social Performance Specialist reporting to the Social Performance Manager. The role implements Skeena’s Social Management System (SMS) and advances the company’s social performance commitments.
Responsibilities
Management Plan Tracking & Integration
- Maintain a comprehensive register of all Social Affairs management plans, including commitments, regulatory obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Drive implementation of Social Affairs management plans to ensure alignment with Skeena’s SMS and corporate commitments.
- Monitor updates to plans, identify required actions, and communicate expectations to operational teams.
