About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager. Reporting to our Director, Donor Marketing, the Social Media Manager plays a strategic role in planning, managing, implementing, and testing social content and engagement for CanadaHelps. As a key player on our Marketing team, you will help reposition the CanadaHelps brand and define our digital voice. You will drive meaningful engagement across a diverse audience, including everyday donors and leadership at the charities we serve. This is a new role.

This role requires a balance of strategy, storytelling, and implementation. You are a data‑driven strategist, a sharp writer, and a relationship builder who understands the influencer/creator landscape. You know how to use social media for brand building, top‑of‑funnel marketing, and demonstrating team culture, ensuring our presence reflects our brand personality while turning campaigns into community conversations.
