Job Overview

You will work on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when it will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Turn mountains of data into clear, concise stories that sharpen Fidelity Canada’s editorial instincts.
• Lead Fidelity Canada’s organic social media measurement and analytics program.
• Create, monitor, and analyze various data sets to discover new insights and track progress towards KPIs and annual business goals.
• Support administrative efforts across the social media program, including maintaining/updating policy documents, adjusting social listening techniques, and developing presentation materials that support strategic decision‑making.
