Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate SMT workshop production schedules, efficiently allocate personnel and equipment.
- Monitor production line operations, optimize processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
- Lead daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Implement quality control standards, address production anomalies, and develop improvement plans.
- Organize employee skill training, enforce workshop safety protocols and 5S management standards.
- College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SMT workshop management experience with proficiency in SMT equipment operation (e.g., pick-and-place machines).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated capability in cost and quality control.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to handle moderate work pressure.
