Job Description
- Follow all opening and closing checklists and standard operating procedures/ getting the restaurant ready for daily service
- Organizing/receiving inventory, making lists of products needed and being aware of shortages
- Attention to detail when ringing in orders with dietary needs and specifications (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Answering phone call in orders
- Receiving Online orders
- Follow all recipe and portion control standards correctly
- Handling fast paced service rushes with a smile
- Greeting our customers with a smile and respect
- Attention to detail when packaging orders for customers and communicating with kitchen
- Keeping work space clean, sanitized and stocked before and after service
