In your role, you will coordinate consultants and manage applications for zoning by-law, site plans, and permits. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial as you balance multiple projects and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of consultants with Director’s assistance
• Coordinate zoning by-law, site plan, and building permit applications
• Provide ongoing support to Joint Venture partnerships
• Prepare and present project status reports to the team
• Maintain organized filing of land use applications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field like Urban Planning
• Minimum of 3 years in Land Development or Planning<...
