Job Description
Responsibilities
- Selling the entire Customer 360 Platform or a specific cloud across Salesforce customers and/or new logos.
- Understanding how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions at the C‑level.
- Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
- Identifying business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business.
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
- Focusing on value and return on investment rather than purely technical functionality.
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Average of 2‑5 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 1 year in the field and a proven track record of success.
