Small Engine Mechanic

Do you have experience as an automotive/powersports mechanic or apprentice? Are you an outdoor enthusiast looking to live and work in Kirkland Lake? The Great Outdoor Center is looking for a customer-oriented Small Engine Mechanic to join their growing powersports servicing team. The main responsibilities and tasks of this role will include: Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and ensures the timely and effective repair of any problems identified during an inspection.

Performs proficient inspection, diagnosis and moderately complex repair of assigned vehicles and equipment. Provides assistance, guidance and direction to the team of maintenance technician Estimates time and material costs on repairs and requisitions new parts.
