This role is ideal for those who love interacting with the public and providing next-level support to our many guests who enjoy playing the slot machines.
In this role, you provide vital front-line customer support that includes observing slot players and machines in specific areas. You will also offer instruction and answer questions on various games and machines to ensure our guests have a memorable experience at Gateway.
