Overview
SLM Land Management Alberta – Site Safety Advisor (Temporary, Fixed term contract). Location: Alberta. Pay: $50–$70 an hour. Shift: 12 hour shift. Contract length: 1.5 month.
Job Overview
The Site Safety Support plays a crucial role in providing on-site assistance and support to mechanical client, ensuring that all health and safety systems and processes are functioning optimally. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively address client needs, and facilitate the fabrication of necessary health and safety components. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to client and regulatory safety. Candidate will be supporting a mechanical turnaround as gas plant.
Duties
- Assist with orientation/new hire processes
- Ensure compliance with workscope including pipefitting, welding,confined space, fall protection (working at heights)
