Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7 AM‑3:30 PM; will transition to rotating continental shifts in the future. This position is 100% on‑site in Strathroy, Ontario.
The Role
- Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and fabricate machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and facility components following technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, SOPs, standard practices, and site or OEM resources.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and control problems, correcting issues per technical manuals, schematics, and SOPs.
- Complete system support work (fuse changes, contactor resets, temperature controller adjustments, calibrations, PLCs, etc.) as trained; document work orders, PMs, calibration forms, and validation documents to cGMP/SOP standards.
- Comply with PM, SOP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute assigned PMs and work orders on schedule; support on‑site contractors for PM or project activity as needed.
