With at least 4 years of experience in SRE or DevOps, you will use your expertise to enhance incident resolution protocols and streamline internal communication during operational challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor operational metrics and dashboards
• Triage production incidents and manage ticketing system
• Lead lower-severity incidents through to resolution
• Provide support during major incidents with detailed data
• Compile and analyze data for incident reporting
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in technical operations in high-availability setups
