You will report to the Senior Facility Manager and assist in various tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment like boilers and cooling towers. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve plumbing issues and unclog drains
• Replace broken tiles and light fixtures
• Conduct water testing in systems
• Change out filters in air handling units
• Support trade staff with essential tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Fire Alarm System monitoring certification
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with team members
