Key Responsibilities:
• Showcase model homes and community features during tours
• Timely responses to resident calls and follow-ups
• Efficiently convert inquiries into scheduled viewings
• Oversee the application process for prospective residents
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and apartments
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle mandatory
