Site Supervisor

What You’ll Do

As the Site Supervisor, you will supervise and manage employees and assets at the Red Lake, Ontario site, preparing and delivering daily orders to customers, and ensuring the company’s Zero Harm safety program and financial objectives are met.

• Scheduling manpower and equipment utilization, preparing proper shipping documents and addressing customer requests
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers
• Prepare and submit proper paperwork to document expenses, shipping documents, safety statistics, payroll information, and others as required
• Lead employees into all aspects of our safety programs and policies
• When required, participate in customer meetings to help plan and execute work in a safe and timely fashion
• Assist with implementation and development of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
