Site Supervisor – Mining & Tailings Facility Construction

ALLPRO Construction Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field operations on an active mining site, including the construction of a new tailings management facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing crews, equipment, and daily production while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. This position is based in a remote mining environment with full camp accommodations provided.

Position Overview

The Site Supervisor will coordinate and direct all on-site construction and mining support activities, managing crews, equipment, subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The role requires strong experience in earthworks, dam/tailings construction, haul road maintenance, and mining operations.
