General contractor seeking experienced Site Superintendent with local experience for construction phase of multi-family, mixed use, commercial and institutional buildings. Ideal candidate will have experience on projects from $50m+. Salary $140,000-$160,000 Job Summary for Site Superintendent You're a Superintendent with field operations experience working in multi-disciplinary commercial and residential construction projects. You will be responsible for enforcing company and project policies, they are the main client interface, and ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. This position works closely with the executive team and provides leadership in field operations.
