With over 10 years’ experience in commercial, retail, or light industrial construction, you’ll be positioned at the heart of fast-paced projects for an established general contractor. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors, while adhering to stringent safety protocols. Expect to handle significant projects valued at $20M – $50M, including food processing and warehousing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all construction activities on-site
• Manage and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
• Drive execution of project schedules and methodologies
