Summit Search Group is seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction in Winnipeg. This role focuses on ensuring project success through effective management and leadership.
As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction activities in line with contract specifications. Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining the company’s brand. Your leadership will foster a safe work culture, and you will manage schedules and workforce needs, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and direct job site activities
• Maintain strong brand image with stakeholders
• Lead initiatives promoting work safety

• Collaborate with various project stakeholders
Requirements:
• Gold Seal, Journeyperson, or CET certification preferred
