Site Services Supervisor for Heavy Operations
Job Description
Supervise site services and enhance operational efficiency in a remote mining environment. As a Site Services Supervisor, ensure effective mentorship and maintain a focus on safety and productivity.
Operating in Northern British Columbia, you will be responsible for daily operations while working a two-week shift rotation. This position requires you to organize workflows, mentor Heavy Equipment Operators, and develop safe job practices in collaboration with site trainers. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and ensuring that all facility repairs are promptly addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily workflow and team responsibilities
• Guide and mentor Heavy Equipment Operators
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses for diverse tasks
• Assist in drafting Safe Operating Procedures
• Act as a liaison between team and management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in site services supervision or similar role
• Mining experience is a plus
• Valid Class 3 driver...
