Job Description
Become an integral leader in operational excellence as a Continuous Improvement Site Lead at Saputo in Georgetown, ON. This role emphasizes strategic improvements and ongoing development within the plant.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will facilitate the continuous improvement process by leveraging your expertise in CI modules and tools. Your presence on the shop floor will ensure proper application of the Saputo Operation Excellence System while mentoring staff to achieve performance targets. You'll collaborate with various functions to develop a sound improvement strategy and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Saputo production systems and OEE reporting
• Collaborate on the plant master plan
• Lead root cause analysis and improvement projects
• Ensure optimal plant capacity and utilization
• Train staff on CI tools and systems
