Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer for our ongoing residential project in Swindon.
- Job Title: Site Labourer

- Temporary / Ongoing Contract
- Pay Rate: GBP15.55 : GBP16.55 per hour
About The Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Swindon. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
- Adhering strictly to site Health and Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.
