Site Industrial Quality Manager (Winnipeg)

Accountability & Authorities

• Manage site IQ activities: Budget, People, Process & Performance.
• Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items).
• Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes.
• Ensure Digitalization of Controls & Processes using innovations.
• Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance.
• Escalate main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
• Support decisions for all Hand Overs (GO / NO GO) & NO GO Veto Right in any case.
• Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework).
• Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.
