- Manage site IQ activities : Budget, People, Process & Performance
- Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)
- Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes
