About the Team We are looking for a highly experienced Site HR (m/f/d) to oversee and steer all HR activities for one of our Spanish locations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in labor relations, strong operational HR leadership, and demonstrated experience working in complex industrial environments.

  • Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership, advising on employee relations, performance topics, organizational development, and workforce planning.
