_Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead_ _collaborate with research staff and key stakeholders to enhance_ **_trial recruitment_** _and support study‑specific training needs. The CTE serves as a strategic partner to internal and external teams, optimizing site experience and performance. This role also leads relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with healthcare providers_ _and site staff ._
