Role Description
The Site Acquisition Specialist will work with landlords of all sizes to coordinate all aspects of land access for the company. This work ranges from identifying suitable landlord candidates for development areas to negotiating lease terms and conditions and arranging pre‑construction activities. This role is absolutely integral to the development pipeline, as securing the right real estate is the foundational step of the entire process.
