Job Summary
The Jasmine Room in Lethbridge, AB seeks a Retail Store Manager. Salary is $47.00 hourly for 30 hours per week, permanent full‑time. The position requires 2 to less than 3 years of retail experience and must be performed on site. A college, CEGEP, or non‑university certificate or diploma of 1‑2 years is required. Responsibilities
Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credit policies. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
