As a permanent full-time Shop Foreperson, you will supervise daily shop operations, guiding staff to achieve safety and efficiency goals. The role involves compliance with safety regulations, minimizing equipment downtime, and optimizing maintenance processes. You will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily shop operations ensuring safety compliance
• Supervise and mentor shop staff for accountability

Requirements:
• Valid Truck & Transport Technician Licence
