-awnser phone and customers at front desk
-close invoices for cash clients
-keep customers informed on status of there units while in shop
-manage shop floor, dispatch mecanics
able to use exel, outlook and computer system
capable of comunicating well information
leadership skills and capable of getting his team to work as a team
