Principal Responsibilities
As a Shipping Warehouse Supervisor at Molex Guadalajara, you will lead and oversee all shipping operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of finished goods and materials. You will drive productivity and process improvements while maintaining inventory accuracy and fostering a well‑trained, motivated shipping team. Your leadership will guarantee that the final step of the supply chain meets delivery standards in time, form, and quantity.
What You Will Do
