Shipboard Luxury Butler Manager

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced Butler located in Lima, Peru, to ensure exceptional service delivery to guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be fluent in English, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include conducting VIP suite inspections and coaching the Butler Team to meet brand standards and performance targets. Certification from a reputable Butler academy is preferred.
