Amazon is seeking a Shift Station Manager based in San Luis Potosi, MX. This role involves daily oversight of a delivery station, ensuring safety, service quality, customer experience, and department productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Review operational forecast, determine productivity requirements, and manage a team group to meet all building goals.
- Support all safety programs and maintain a safe work environment for associates and delivery service providers.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and lean tools.
- Lead change at an innovative pace, manage daily operations, and coordinate with DSPs and their drivers.
- Receive, scan, lift and move shipments up to 25 kg and route shipments within the AMZL coverage area.
