About The Role
McCain Foods (Canada) has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager at our Carberry, Manitoba Food Processing Plant. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and auditing production line activities to ensure conformance to established requirements regarding cost, quality, productivity, safety (both personnel and product), sanitation, and employee competence. The role includes providing information and follow‑up on overall product conditions (meeting or not meeting specifications, problem areas with equipment, specifications, packaging supplies, raw product challenges, packaging, and line schedule, etc.) to Supervisors and operators for optimum efficiency.
