Required Shift:

12 Hour rotating shifts

Shift rotates between days (7am- 7:30pm) and nights (7pm- 7:30am)

Job Purpose

The Shift Manager is a shift-based, front-line supply and operations people leader with high drive for engagement and responsible for delivering safety, quality, continuous improvement, performance management, training, associate development, transformation and change, team engagement and operating results for their assigned area.

Minimum Requirements

• BASc Eng, BASc Food Science, or BSc preferred.
• Operational management principles and competencies.
• Understanding of applicable laws (OHS, ESA, MOL).
• Lean business practices.
