Become a key holder at Läderach, the premier Swiss chocolatier, in this full-time Shift Lead role. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead retail operations in a dynamic chocolate environment.
As a Shift Lead, you'll provide outstanding service while nurturing a fun and productive atmosphere among team members. With a minimum of one year in retail or fast-paced environments, you’ll foster a love for chocolate, training store associates to meet production goals. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations and adherence to brand standards while supporting a culture of excellence.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences during each shift
• Train and assist store associates to meet production goals
• Lead in-store tasks while exemplifying brand standards
• Ensure effective sales floor movement and merchandising
• Adhere to food safety protocols consistently
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in retail sales or related experience
