Become a vital part of patient care at Sherwood Park – Strathcona County PCN as a Family Practice LPN. This role is focused on delivering comprehensive nursing services and supporting patients through various health challenges.
This 0.6FTE permanent role requires candidates to have an LPN designation with CLHA registration and three years of relevant nursing experience. You will manage clinical assessments, educate patients, and execute healthcare plans tailored to individual needs while fostering collaboration with the healthcare team.
