Course Title: HAD2001H - Strategic Vision and Planning for Health System Change
Course Description: This seminar course covers an introduction to concepts that can be used to understand and respond to critical strategy and performance measurement challenges in system change. Focus is on the application of tools including balanced scorecards and scenario planning. This course provides an overview of the central issues in the management of healthcare organizations and healthcare systems.
