Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Presales & Solution Consultant to join our EMEA Practice. This role will work closely with our customers and partners to evaluate the current state of processes and tools, define the ServiceNow platform requirements and adapt these ensuring quality standards and best development practices.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis;

Demonstration of product in alignment with Identified Customer Business Initiatives;

Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents;

Effectively guide customers to align their ServiceNow program to their business objectives;

Inspire customer confidence through professional presence, self-confidence, and implementation of workable solutions in real time;
