Job Description
The ServiceNow & Jira Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and selective development of the ServiceNow and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) platforms. This role acts as the primary platform owner, ensuring both ecosystems are stable, well‑governed, and continuously improved. The position emphasizes a configuration‑first approach while delivering lightweight development, scripting, and integrations as needed.
